Context
Jérôme Bicamumpaka from 9 April to mid-July 1994. Jerome Bicamumnaka held the office of Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation in the Interim government until mid-July 1994. He was a member of theMDR.
Casimir Bizimungu from 9 April to mid-July 1994 held the office of Minister of Health in the Interim Government. He held office until mid-July 1994. He was a medical doctor; he had previously held the offices of Director Public Health, Butare University Teaching Hospital. Minister of Foreign Affairs in the MRND governments of 15 January 1989, 9 July 1990, 4 February 1991 and in the first pluralist government. He was also Minister of Health in the MRND government of 5 January 1987, in the second pluralist government of 16 April 1992, in the third pluralist government of 18 July 1993 and the Interim government. Moreover, he was a member of the MRND central committee.
Justin Mugenzi from 9 April to mid July 1994 held the offices of Minister of Trade and Industry in the Interim government until mid July 1994. He was also Minister of Trade in the government of 8 July 1993 and was nominated Minister in the new composition of the broad-based transition government made public on 18 March 1994. He was a businessman and politician. he participated to the creation of the Liberal Party and led its Hutu Power faction.
Prosper Mugiraneza from 9 April to mid-July 1994 held the office of Minister of the Civil Service in the Interim government. He was also Minister of Labour and Social Affairs in the government of 31 December 1991, Minister of the Civil Service in the governments of 16 March 1992 and 18 July 1993. He was also nominated Minister of the Civil Service on the list of the two broad-based governments. Prosper Mugiraneza was a very influential member of the MRND.
