About
Peace Through Law is a blog created to help scholars, students, and any person interested in international criminal law to find information about the work of international tribunals in a clear, reliable, and efficient way.
The blog is organised around the following sections:
- The International Criminal Court section offers a complete and updated overview of every situation and case ever brought to the Court, including preliminary examinations and cases that have been closed. All the information in this section is open source and therefore it does not include possible investigations that have not been made public or arrest warrants issued under seal.
- The Articles section publishes analytical essays and commentary on topics in international criminal law.
In the future, the blog will expand its scope to other international tribunals, covering, the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia, International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda, Special Court for Sierra Leone, or the Kosovo Specialists Chamber.
The content published here reflects the personal views and analysis of the author, and does not represent the position of any institution. All information available in this site is open source.
