Context
Fom 9 April to mid,July 1994, Eliezer Niyitegeka held the office of Minister of Information in the Interim Government. He held office until mid-July 1994. He was formerly a journalist with Radio Rwanda. He was a member of the MDR party and was associated with the "Power" wing of that party.
