Context
Bernard Ntuyahaga was a major in the Rwandan Army and was assigned to the G.4 office at the General Staff. In early May 1994, Bernard Nyuyahaga assumed command of the 74th battalion in Kigali sector. Towards the end of May, he was appointed commander of Ngoma camp, located in Butare préfecture.
