Context
Gojko Janković was a sub-commander of the military police and one of the main paramilitary leaders in Foča, located south-east of Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, near the border with Serbia and Montenegro.
Radovan Stanković was a member of the Miljevina battalion, a Bosnian Serb paramilitary unit in Foča.
