Context
Dragan Gagović was а member of the Serbian Democratic Party (hereinafter SDS). He was appointed the Chief of Police in Роса Ьу the SDS after the April 1992 take-over of РоСа.
Janko Janjić became one of the sub-commanders of the military police and a paramilitary leader in FoCa. He was involved in the attack on Fora and its surrounding villages and the arrest of civilians.
