Context
Saif Suleiman Sneidel is suspected of war crimes allegedly committed in Benghazi or surrounding areas, Libya, between on or before 3 June 2016 and on or about 17 July 2017. The arrest warrant was originally issued under seal on 10 November 2020 and unsealed on 8 August 2025. The suspect is not in ICC custody.
