Context

Benjamin Netanyahu is the Prime Minister of Israel and Yoav Gallant served as Minister of Defence of Israel at the time of the alleged conduct. Both suspects are not in ICC custody. On 24 April 2025, the Appeals Chamber reversed the Pre-Trial Chamber's decision on Israel's jurisdictional challenge and remanded the matter for a new ruling.
