Abdel Raheem Muhammad Hussein served as former Minister of Sudan National Defence, former Minister of the Interior, and former Sudanese President's Special Representative in Darfur. He is charged with crimes against humanity and war crimes allegedly committed in Darfur from 2003 onwards. The suspect is not in ICC custody.
